and upon approval, originates the loan to be offered
to Investors.
Client Selects Investment and authorizes funding.

Investor sends funds to Ignite ( funds represent a
percentage of the total loan on the property)
An Investor’s lending percentage equals the Investor’s
principal balance divided by the total loan balance.

A Deed of Trust is recorded by Title Company listing
the Investor(s) and their percentage of ownership in
the property.
Investor receives monthly interest payments
throughout the duration of the loan per specific loan
terms.
Upon repayment of the loan by the Borrower, Investor
receives principal payoff in full.
STEP EIGHT
Borrower or subsequent purchaser is granted Title to the
property when the loan is repaid. Client selects new loan
and repeats process.

category. Ranked as one of the top five single-family homebuilders in Utah, Henry Walker Homes

Guaranty:
Colin Wright, a Principal of Henry Walker Homes, INC, will execute a Limited Recourse Guaranty
on the property.
Funding Date:
Funds and documents are due by 4/17/2014.
Exit Strategy:
Loan will be repaid upon the sale of the subject home.
