Aerospace Market
The customer required large quantities of both tanged and
tangless inserts. This meant there was a requirement for
both a high volume of production and packing.
Our production capability for our CoilThread inserts is strong.
We can manufacture these components in materials such as
Type 304 Stainless Steel wire, Inconel X750 and Nitronic 60.
Typically, our inserts are supplied in bulk form for high
volume applications on a plastic strip in reel form, which we
call Strip Feed. The inserts are held securely in the reels.
This means the insert is positioned ready for installation
each and every time.
