PRESS RELEASE Stockholm, 30th January 2015 INFRANODE INCREASES ITS ENERGY EXPERTISE WITH HIRE FROM VATTENFALL Infranode is pleased to announce that Carl-Emil Lindholm have joined its investment and asset management team as an Associate. Carl-Emil joins Infranode from Swedish utility Vattenfall where he worked in the M&A department in Stockholm and previously held positions in the Asset Optimisation & Trading division in Stockholm and the Production Division in Berlin. He has worked with both acquisiti ons and divestments within distribution, heat, hydro, onshore wind and offshore wind with a focus on releasing capital via partnering with institutional investors. Carl-Emil graduated from Stockholm Schools of Economics with an M.Sc. in Finance and a B.Sc. in Finance and Accounting & Financial Management. As part of Infranode’s team, Carl-Emil will have particular focus on the regulated utilities sector contributing valuable knowledge from an operational and financial perspective.
