Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That (a) a certain u n i t e d Daughters design patent issued by the United States Patent Office of date Novem- of t h e conf e d ber 8,1898, being patent numbered 29,611, which is the insignia of the e r a o y . United Daughters of the Confederacy, which was renewed and ex- P a t e n t e x t e n tended for a period of fourteen years by Public Law Numbered 220, » Seventy-seventh Congress, approved August 18, 1941, is hereby re- 55 s t a t . 6 3 3 . newed and extended for an additional period of fourteen years from and after the date of enactment of this Act, with all the rights and privileges pertaining to the same, being generally known as the in signia of the United Daughters of the Confederacy.
