UNITED STATES AIR FORCE
MS. TESA L. LANOY
Tesa Lanoy is a program analyst assigned to the Joint Staff,
Logistics Directorate, Capabilities and Analysis Division. She
provides support to the Director for Logistics (J4) on leading the
logistics enterprise, driving joint force readiness, and providing
logistics advice to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Her
primary responsibility is designing and directing a logistics-focused
wargame called LOGWAR which includes participants from across
DOD, interagency, intergovernmental and nongovernmental
organizations, industry, and the multinational community. Prior to
her current position, Ms. Lanoy attended Air War College,
Air University, Maxwell AFB, AL.
Ms. Lanoy, a native of Ohio, began her civil service career as a
cooperative education student and served in numerous positions
and locations with the Air Force Audit Agency. She deployed
several times in support of Operations ENDURING
FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM to locations throughout
Central Asia and the Middle East. Ms. Lanoy also served on the
Senate Committee for Homeland Security and Governmental
Affairs, Subcommittee for Contracting Oversight as a DOD
Legislative Fellow and Professional Staff Member. In addition, she served on the Air Staff as Chief,
Supply Programs, under the Directorate of Logistics, Installations & Mission Support where she was
responsible for providing logistics support through planning, programming, budgeting and execution for
replenishment of spares and repair parts associated with the $10B Flying Hour Program.
