International Finance Graduate
The aim of the Novozymes International Finance Graduate Program is
to attract highly motivated graduates and offer them an opportunity
to grow and develop fast within a professional Finance organization.
Careers without borders
Over a two year period, we offer you exposure to a variety of tasks
and challenges within Finance in five to six different areas of our
global organization.
You will initially be located in Novozymes, Copenhagen, and during
the program you will for a period be stationed in China, US, or India.
The program will give you insight into various Finance disciplines in a
leading international biotech company. A key characteristic of the
program is that the composition of the program is flexible and will be
prepared and adjusted in alignment with the graduate.
Application opens in January 2017 and the program starts in
September and is open to applicants from all over the world who have
recently graduated with a relevant master’s degree.

Continuously support and mentorship from program manager
The graduate will get a broad and in-depth understanding of our
international finance organization and our key financial disciplines. Above
is an example of how a graduate program can be structured.
In Commercial Finance you will be working closely with our commercial
divisions to support the growth and value creation in Novozymes through
financial analysis, scenarios, and business cases.
In Novozymes Corporate Finance Risk Management you will come closer to
the more traditional finance tasks such as enterprise risk management.
Working in Production and Assets Accounting will give you an
understanding of the key financial processes of a global production
organization, such as product costing, inventory management, and
production performance measurement.
Being stationed in our Finance organization in US, China, or India will
allow you to experience the international business environment that
Novozymes operates in, as well as the cultural differences that exist in a
global organization.
In Finance Supply Operations you will be working closely with our
production and supply chain operations to support the growth and value
creation in Novozymes through financial analysis, scenarios, and business
cases.
