Mike Kim Joins Castle Lanterra Properties as Vice President of Investor Relations
Brings 15 Years of CRE Experience to Position
SUFFERN, N.Y., November 10, 2015 – Mike Y. Kim has joined Castle Lanterra
Properties (CLP) as Vice President of Investor Relations, announced Elie Rieder,
founder and CEO of the privately-held real estate company. In his new role, he will be
responsible for managing the firm’s relationships with its external investor base and
managing the investor reporting function.
“During his more than 15 years of experience in real estate investment management,
Mike has worked with a wide range of renowned institutional and individual investors,”
said Rieder. “With his experience, he is a highly valuable addition to our executive staff.”
Additionally, Kim will be responsible for supporting CLP’s marketing and public relations
initiatives. Prior to joining CLP, Kim served as Director of Investor Relations for
CityShares, a New York City-based real estate fintech company. He has held similar
positions with Castellan Real Estate Partners, Gemini Real Estate Advisors and Credit
Suisse. Kim is a graduate of the University of Vermont, with a Bachelor of Arts in
Political Science.

manages a portfolio of properties across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southern U.S.,
