Keynote: GMOs in Our Food Today
Dr. Michael McNeill & Dr. Donald Huber Session Descriptions
area 2
In their Keynote address, Dr. Michael McNeill and Dr. Donald Huber will explain
the devastation brought upon us by choices made in the agriculture community.
Glyphosate and the pervasiveness of GMOs is affecting everyone in America- not
only organic and non-organic farmers but also gardeners and the general public. Try
to keep an open mind as they present to you their astounding evidence.
Session 1 - beginning at 9:30am
Human Digestive System
Dr. Wilbert “Cal” Streeter Livestock Selection
Gearld Fry Gearld Fry holds three seminars discussing the top three herd management practices
that depend upon one another. Participants are encouraged to attend all three sessions
to fully appreciate the connection between the practices of livestock selection, herd
management and herdsire/breeding.
Building Quality Soil Habitat
Dennis Warnecke area 1
Dr. Streeter discusses how the gut environment is vital to overall well-being; not only our
physical health but also our psychological and spiritual health depend on our digestive system.
area 8
area 9
This session focuses on the magnificent science of the soil’s ecosystem and how
different species of microorganisms interact with one another. Dennis will show how
minerals play a vital role in soil biology as microbes break down minerals to enhance
plant and soil health. Dennis will explain why environment and soil habitat need to
be addressed in order for us to succeed in biological farming, and he highlights the
positive outcomes associated with applying beneficial bacteria.
Nourishing Traditions: a Farmers’ Call to Action
Sally Fallon area 2
Restoring health in America starts with farmers. Sally will explain more about why
consumers are now demanding higher food quality and how farmers can start
answering this imperative call to action.
Understanding your Soil Samples
Mark Fulford area 3
Mark will examine the roles of various minerals contributing to an overall organic,
healthy cropping system. He also discusses how these minerals are carried through
plants, animals and humans. Learn how to interpret your soil sample and what you
can do to bring more minerals to your soil.
Organic Veterinary Care
Dr. Paul Dettloff Neal Bosshardt area 4
Dr. Paul examines methods of organic veterinary care which do not rely on antibiotics,
horomones or synthetic chemicals. His in-depth explanation of how to support the
11 systems of an animal using a holistic approach will help you regain control of your
herd’s health and be your own practitioner. You will leave with a better understanding
of which organic tools to use in order to control diseases, viruses and deficiencies.
Fermented Foods: Good for the Gut
Jonathan & Nina White Session 2 - beginning at 12:00/12:15pm
The Internal Healing Properties of Clay
area 5
Revive the lost art of producing your own fermented foods which can benefit
human health. Jonathan and Nina will lead hands-on demonstrations of how to
ferment vegetables including pickles, beets, sauerkraut, daikon radishes & more!
Reversing the Domino Effect on Soil & Plants
Dr. Michael McNeill area 6
This session is the first of three in a series dedicated to turning the tables in the
farming community to mitigate the effects that glyphosate and the proliferance of
GMO crops have had on human health, starting with the soils which feed our plants.
Dr. McNeill will discuss the importance of providing the bacteria and minerals to
plants that they need to become nutrient-dense and better for us.
Understanding the Effects of Glyphosate & GMOs
Dr. Don Huber area 7
Dr. Huber will explain in further detail the current status of American agriculture:
where we are, how we got here and why.
area 1
Neal shares his personal experiences with healing the body from the inside using clay.
Participants will be treated to live demonstrations of the application of clay.
Nourishing Traditions: Importance of Infant Nutrition
Sally Fallon area 2
Sally will detail the necessity for ditching low-fat and low-cholesterol diets which have
been marketed to us for several decades in support of traditional diets containing
animal fats, organ meats, sprouted grains, legumes and enzyme rich foods. The
dangers of modern soy-based foods, especially infant formulas, will also be discussed
as well as more reliable ways to build a healthy foundation for your family.
How Lack of Minerals Affects Today’s Human Health
Dr. Richard Olree area 3
Dr. Olree discusses the mineralization of the human brain and the importance of
minerals to our cerebral spinal fluid, immune system, and mental health.
Reproduction, Uterine Care & Calf Rearing
Dr. Paul Detloff area 4
Successful dairy farming starts with successful calf rearing. Dr. Paul will give you a
greater understanding of animal reproductive systems and the importance having a
dry cow in optimal condition in order to birth a healthy calf. He will further explain
how water and forage affect both the quality and supply of mother’s milk, a vital
component of raising a calf to its full potential.
Heritage Grain & Baking
Jonathan & Nina White area 5
Learn how and why to select grains for baking, the benefits of sprouting your own
grains and delicious gluten-free recipes for you and your family.

Reversing the Domino Effect on Forage & Animals
Dr. Michael McNeill area 6
Stray Voltage
Dr. McNeill will discuss why it is vitally important to address our forages in order
to acheive optimum livestock health. By applying minerals and proper fertilizers to
forages, animal health is improved through diet which results is more nutrient-rich
animal products.
Find out what stray voltage is and what small steps can be taken to prevent its effects
on your farm and your family. Dr. Paul will explain how how stray voltage may affect
your forage.
Dr. Paul Detloff & Rodney Martin area 4
Soil Remediation from Glyphosate & GMO Production
Dr. Don Huber area 7
Put the Life Back into Dairy & Cultured Butter
Jonathan & Nina White area 5
Soil remediation will play a key role in the survival and viability of both plants and
animals on our planet. This session will provide you with an in-depth understanding
of how glyphosate is removing minerals from the soil which are vital for reproduction
of all lifeforms, causing widespread horomonal imblances and fertility issues. It is
imperative that we put back what this chemical product has depleted from our soils.
An interactive lesson on cheese and butter making! Learn how to manage temperature
and consistency through the process to produce fabulous tasting dairy products.
Reversing the Domino Effect on Produce & Humans
Dr. Michael McNeill area 6
Herd Management
The crops that our grandparents grew were nutrient-dense but after years of soil
degradation, the produce that we now consume has significantly lower levels of
essential vitamins and minerals that humans require to thrive. Dr. McNeill will
explain the steps that we must take to reverse the devastating effects that glyphosate
and GMO production have had on human health and how to restore crop quality
with remineralization so that our crops can once again provide us with sustenance.
Gearld Fry area 8
Gearld Fry holds three seminars discussing the top three herd management practices
that depend upon one another. Participants are encouraged to attend all three sessions
to fully appreciate the connection between the practices of livestock selection, herd
management and herdsire/breeding.
Microbiology of Soils
Dennis Warnecke area 9
Achieving optimal health of plants and soil by restoring balance to beneficial microbe
populations in the soil will be discussed. This session also includes information about
soil inoculation and resisting disease through bacterial control in sustainable and
eco-friendly ways. The goal is natural growing through biology and using broad
spectrum microbial products to provide healthier food to the consumer.
Applying Nutrients Instead of -CIDES
Dr. Don Huber area 7
American agriculture has relied on the application of -cides (pesticides, fungicides,
herbicides) for the past six decades to control pests, diseases and weeds in tandem
with the trend of producing large monocultures. Dr. Huber will explain how proper
nutrition brings genetic expression which positively effects plants’ ability to overcome
various ailments by bringing out the best in your crops. Learn how nutrition can be
applied to a crop for a controled outcome of how to replace your -cides with nutrients.
Herdsire/Breeding
Gearld Fry area 8
Gearld Fry holds three seminars discussing the top three herd management practices
that depend upon one another. Participants are encouraged to attend all three sessions
to fully appreciate the connection between the practices of livestock selection, herd
management and herdsire/breeding.
Importance & Function of Cover Crops
Session 3 - beginning at 2:00pm
Burn & Wound Healing with Clay

Neal shares his personal experiences with healing burns and external wounds using
clay. Participants will be treated to live demonstrations of the application of clay.
Hormone & Thyroid Function
Dr. Wilbert “Cal” Streeter area 2
Dr. Streeter will expose the known problem of human thyroid. He will explain the
thyroid’s important function in the relationship between the endocrine, reproductive
and hormonal systems. Several vital nutrients play a huge role in keeping these systems
working well without discomfort or drugs.
Feeding Babies for Optimal Health
Dr. Richard Olree area 3
Food is a major factor in human health. Dr. Olree will share his latest reseach on the
benefits of breastmilk. Start your child on the right track for a healthy life.
area 9
Mark discusses ways to build a more funtional farming system that produces more
total food and feed per acre by planting a succession of different cover crops. With
a well-planed cropping system, soil can be built up while it recovers from being
farmed more intensively. Mark will explain the value of cover crops not just from a
production standpoint but also from a health standpoint. He will discuss how you
can heal your farm ecosystem by bringing in new, diverse groups of microbes with
cover crops which affect mineral availability and provide habitat for other species to
flourish.

Night Ke
with Sally Fallon
Friday, February 17 2017
6:00-9:00pm
Real health starts with proper nutrition which lays the
foundation for us to take charge of our own health!
What we have experienced over the last 80 years is the oiling of America.
There has been a decline in the use of animal fats like butter and lard
alongside a huge increase in the use of shortenings, margarine and various
liquid vegetable oils. All the while, the rate of heart disease continues to
increase. Sally Fallon will discuss how food lobbyists and the medical
industry have gone behind the backs on Americans to make a profit,
touting the benefits of low-fat and low-cholesterol diets while replacing
traditional sources of healthy fats with new, processed hydrogenated fats
and vegetable oils which our bodies reject. These oils along with foods
devoid of proper nutrition are the true culprits of diet related illnesses.

“All of these diseases- heart disease,
diabetes, obesity- have occurred as
we’ve cut back on cholesterol, as
we’ve cut back on saturated fats. So,
they’re obviously not being caused by
cholesterol and saturated fat. It just
doesn’t make sense in any way, shape
or form. And there’s a huge volume of
literature that contradicts the theory
that cholesterol and saturated fat cause
heart disease.” - Sally Fallon
“I would eat the way your
ancestors ate and prepare
the foods the way they
prepared them. Now, by
ancestors, I mean you
have to go back to before
they were industrialized.
In America, that’s several
generations.” -Sally Fallon

CHECKS PAYABLE to “Lancaster Ag Products”
A Letter from the Founder
Lancaster Ag’s passion for education in
partnership with support from our wonderful
sponsors once again brings to life the Annual
Real Health Conference! We are pleased to
invite you to spend the day with us and attend
educational sessions led by experts in the
forefront of sustainable and organic agriculture.
The speakers come from all across the USA and
give dynamic presentations in their areas of
expertise.
Education and lifelong learning have always
been the foundation for this company. Over
twenty years ago, my father and I set out to
educate ourselves about nutrient-dense soils
among other aspects of sustainable agriculture.
We valued the mentors who helped along
the way including Dr. Siegfried Luebke, Dr.
Dan Skow, Dr. Paul Dettloff and Dr. Arden
Andersen. Their wisdom has taught us that
nutrition is the foundation of our existence and
good nutrition ultimately begins in the soil in
which our food and forage is grown. There is a
close tie-in between the quality of soil and the
state of human health. Our health depends on
the nutritional value of our food and it is the
quality of the soil that determines how high in
essential vitamins and minerals our foods are.
Now we are pleased to pass on to you the things
we have learned.
At the core of our company is this statement:
Service and education are two key ways that
Lancaster Ag benefits the farming community.
We think about that mission every day as we
answer questions, give recommendations, write
orders, make deliveries, share our research, and
organize conferences such as this one.
This will be an exciting and enriching day and we
encourage you to attend. We will be honored by
your presence and hope to meet you in person.
Sincerely,
Reuben Stoltzfus &
