The results from the 2014 survey, the most recent for which data has been published, reported that semiconductor workers achieved one of the lowest recordable injury rates of work-related injuries and illnesses for the all U.S. durable goods manufacturing industries – 1.6 cases per 100 full-time workers. “Safety is never compromised” is a Microchip Guiding Value.
