Mr. Sachin Agrawal, 39, is a Chartered Accountant of1997 batch. He also holds a
Bachelor Degree in Law.
He is presently Senior Vice President and Head of Treasury at Capital First Limited, an
NBFC promoted by Warburg Pincus. He is also on the Board of Capital First Investment
Advisory Limited, a subsidiary of Capital First Limited. He was earlier associated with
companies like Manappuram Finance, Aditya Birla Group and Maruti Suzuki.
He has extensive experience in raising debt from Financial institutions, Banks, Public
Debt market, Private Debt market. He carries with him over 17 years of post
qualification experience ranging across Treasury, Investor relations, Project financing,
Accounting and Finance.
He lives in Mumbai with his family and is actively involved in social work.
