These identify the specific account for Interlochen at Huntington. Please provide these to your broker or brokerage firm: DTC Number: 0226 Account Number: H6F 033995 Account Name: Interlochen Center for the Arts FOR THE DONOR: If you have not already done so, please inform Interlochen of your gift so that we may process and recognize your gift more expeditiously. It also must be accompanied by a signed letter from you stating that it is your intention to transfer this stock to Interlochen Center for the Arts.
