ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Yugzheldormash – Volgograd Electromechanical Plant (VEMP) holding
company has modern metal-processing, welding, and forging equipment
and uses new production technologies.
The production equipment of the plant corresponds with the modern
quality and efficiency standards.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Quality management system of the VEMP OJSC meets the requirements
of the All-Union State Standard (GOST R ISO 9001:2008 – the Moody
International Certificate № 00009 of January 7, 2011).
The company develops partnership with different organizations in many
regions of Russia. Representative offices and partners of the company
work in 15 cities of the Central and Southern Federal Districts.
The Agrotekhnik scientific and production company designed the tillage
outfits for the plant.
HARROWING
OUTFIT AB
Harrowing outfit AB-24 and its modifications AB-21, AB18, AB-15, AB-12 can be used for:
• moisture exchanger in the period of preplanting harrowing;
• winter crops harrowing;
• preemergence and postemergence harrowing of the
industrial and cereal crops;
• second harrowing for industrial crops, stubble processing
(gathering straw in the rolls).
AB-24 and its modifications can be aggregated with tractors
of 1.4…4.0 t towing capacity.
CROSSKILL ROLLER
KKZ-6 / KKZ-10V
Crosskill rollers KKZ-6, KKZ-10V can be
used for:
• soil panning with clod busting and field
surface leveling;
• preplanting and postplanting soil compaction;
• soil cap destruction.
KKZ-6 is aggregated with the tractors of
1.4…2.0 t towing capacity, KKZ-10V is
aggregated with the tractors of 3-4 t towing
capacity.
STEAM TOWED CULTIVATOR
KPP-8V / KPP-12V
Steam towed cultivators KPP-8V,
KPP-12V are used for preplanting
soil preparation and fallowing.
KPP-8 is aggregated with the
tractors of 2-3 t towing capacity,
KPP-12V is aggregated with the
tractors of 4-5 t towing capacity.
NONINVERSING
PLOW PRB-4A / PRB-3A
Noninversing plow is used for deep subsurface loosening (chisel
plowing) of the soil at the depth of 45 cm, subsoiling the soils of
different textures, soil softening, subsoiling at the slopes and fallow
fields.
According to the equipment, PRB-4A and its modification PRB-3A
can be aggregated with tractors of 4.0…5.0 t towing capacity.
