The 1100 Eastlake tenant improvement project for Fred Hutchinson Cancer
Research Center (FHCRC) represents a significant investment for the center towards
consolidating their diverse research programs on-campus. This conversion of a
speculative office building in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood resulted in
a state of the art life sciences facility. The tenant improvement included laboratory
and office programs for many of the Center’s most cutting-edge research
programs, including the Vaccine and Infectious Disease Division among others.
