Channel Capacity The maximum number of channels supported has been increased from 10,000 to 60,000* and is configurable. NAS support includes both public and password-protected storage paths. The maximum number of video files supported by the MVL is 1 million. Archive Service Improvements Like the MVL, the Archive Service now supports NAS storage for Nearline, Backup and Miscellaneous volumes. To efficiently handle a larger number of archived videos, grooming and retrieval now process files by air-time order, with the oldest air-time groomed first, and the nearest time-to-air retrieved first.
