RPAL Music Department has two (2) sound system rental packages and stand-alone
equipment available for rent. By no means should the sound system be taken out of the
state without prior authorization from the Executive Director of RPAL (Larry Lewis) or
Music Director (Mark Anthony).
The system may be picked up the day of the event from the RPAL Music Department
and returned within 24-hours following the event or an agreed upon date.
*=Package #1: “Micro” System – Harbinger HA60
This “micro” system comes with two (2) 10” speakers and four (4) channel mixer. Ideal
for a small/medium group setting where a speaking voice needs to be amplified.

**=Package #2: “Concert” System set-up for large events – PreSonus Console /
JBL – This package requires an RPAL Engineer (fee is separate)
This “concert” system comes with our 16 channel mixer and two (2) 15” JBL powered
speakers. This package is ideal for live bands, playing background music in or outdoors
to enhance an event. This “large” system comes with snake cables (if needed),(4) four
microphones and stands.

Per Day Rate: $300.00
Engineer Rate: $400.00 (for 8hrs)
Stand-Alone Equipment
Speakers*:
(2) two EON 515XT – Portable Self-Powered 15”, Two-Way Speakers (value $599 ea.).
(1) one EON 518s - Portable Self-Powered 18”, Sub-Woofer (value $899 ea.).
These speakers are ideal for events where bands, vocalist, background music and
announcements are needed. (with cables)

Per Day Rate: $100.00 ($150.00 w/Sub-Woofer)
Microphones*:
(3) three Sennheiser microphones w/stands (value $100 ea.).
(1) one wireless Sennheiser microphone w/stand (value $150 ea.).
(1) one wireless Shure microphone w/stand (value $150 ea.).
These microphones are ideal for events where bands, vocalist, background music and
announcements are needed.

CDJ’s (DJ Mixer)*:
(2) two Pioneer CDJ-350 – Digital Multi Player W/Serato (value $799 ea.).
These CDJ’s are ideal for events, parties, social gatherings and background music.
Price:
Per Day Rate: $200.00 (w/o DJ)
DJ Rate: $200.00 (for 8hrs)
