Space-based study of exoplanets will involve
current facilities, future facilities, relevant technology
development, coordination with ground-based capabilities,
and thorough supportive theory and modeling investigations.
Dearth of expended funding for major TPF
mission has fueled major creative ideas for
approaching exoplanet observations
