The Open Market Housing Register (Guernsey) Law,
2016 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2017
THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 41 of
the Open Market Housing Register (Guernsey) Law, 2016a, hereby order:-
Commencement of the Open Market Housing Register Law.
1.
The Open Market Housing Register (Guernsey) Law, 2016 shall come
into force on 3rd April, 2017.
Citation.
2.
This Ordinance may be cited as the Open Market Housing Register
(Guernsey) Law, 2016 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2017.
