Bidders are hereby informed that the following contract has been extended as per Section
116(3) (a) and (b) of Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA), that a contract or agreement procured through the SCM Policy of the municipality may be amended by the parties.
The whole project will be finalized by the end of March 2016
