Here some market information and how people react upon it. Usually people buy 100 kg of meat (Qm) at price (Pm) Rp80.000 for each kg and 200 kg of fish (Qf) at its price (Pf), Rp25.000 for each kg. Prices could change up and down. If the price of meat (Pm) drops down to Rp50.000 each kg, none wants to sell their meat in the market, but at this price , people want to buy as many as 200 kg of meat. Similarly, if the price of fish jumps up to Rp40.000 for each kg of fish, none wants to buy it, but fishermen want to sell as many as 400 kg of fish. Suppose that if price of meat drops to the lowest point (Rp50.000), all people move and just consume fish causing the peak of the price of fish (consumers will to pay) jumps up from Rp40.000 to Rp50.000 for each kg of fish. (assumsing that all functions are linear) Tasks: a. Identify demand function and supply function of each product b. Draw the graph for market of each commodity c.
