Recipe of the Week
August 8, 2014
Note, this recipe does not call for plain chili sauce, but rather garlic
chili sauce, which is often used in Asian cuisine. It is a combination of
ground chilies and garlic and adds a little heat and another layer of
flavor to the dish. The smoother, more familiar Sriracha sauce can be
substituted in a pinch.
