Fundamentals for Determining Agricultural Lands (including Plowland) in the National
Park Area

These Fundamentals are enacted in order for the National Park Headquarters to
implement Paragraph 2 of Article 61 and Subparagraph 3, Paragraph 1 of Article
62 of the Enforcement Rules of the Landownership Equalization Act, and Article
30 of the Land Act.

The lands in the National Parks used for different industries shall be determined
according to the table below: (only the applicable part is cited here)
Scope of "Agricultural Land"
Scope of "Plowland"
The Ecological Conservation Area, Special Landscape Area, and Ordinary The lands in Categories
Control Area: the lands of the following land categories: Tien, Han, Lin, Yang, Tien and Han in the
Mu, Yuan, Chi, Shui, Liu, and Kou, and actually used for agricultural purposes or Ecological Conservation
continuously plowed.

Area, Special Landscape
The certificate of the agricultural lands (including plowlands) in a national park Area, and Ordinary
shall be issued by the National Park Headquarters after the land is recognized in Control Area
accordance with Article 2.
For any queries relating to, or any affairs other than prescribed in, Article 2, the
National Park Headquarters shall invite the departments of agriculture and land
administration in the concerned municipal or county (city) government and the
township (city, district) office to jointly perform a field investigation.
