DISSERTATION
The Land Use model coupled with ecological process for the Farming-pastoral Zone in North
China. Advisor: Dr. Qiong Gao. College of Resources Science and Technology, Beijing
Normal University, China.
Research interests
Relationships between ecosystem processes and landscape patterns
Multi-scale ecosystem dynamics
Linking micro-scale ecosystem mechanisms to dynamics of meso-scale landscapes driven by both
climatic and land-use changes
Synthesizing modeling and analyses of arid and semiarid landscapes,
WORK EXPERIENCE
