UDC 639.2/3.034 Factors Determining Eggs’ Quality in Different Fish Species (a Review) / N. Yu. Yevtushenko, A. G. Sherelo // Gidrobiol. Zhurn. – 2016. – Vol. 52, N 1. – P. 78–91. On the basis of the literature data information is generalized on indexes of eggs’ quality in different fish species. Analysis of literature showed that the eggs’ quality directly and indirectly depends on individual features of breeders (physiological state, age, fatness, number of spawning), and on food quality, fattening and spawning conditions and other factors. Investigation of these regularities is needed for development of theoretical aspects of fish development biology, for establishment of reasons of their populations’ density fluctuations in natural water bodies, causes of different viability and fertility of breeders, and for search of means of increase of the reproductive products quality and obtaining of viable juveniles. The effect of the food quality, age of breeders, chemical composition of their body and metabolic processes in the female organisms, fattening conditions and breeders’ keeping, and well as environmental factors on the eggs’ quality was considered. Fertility and regularities of forming of the reproductive products in different fish species are formed as adaptation to environmental conditions and changes under impact of these conditions. KEYWORDS: fishes, fattening conditions, breeders’, breeders’ keeping, food quality, age, chemical composition of a body, environmental factors. 69 references.
