QCSA: U9 - Pre Season Carnival

The QCSA has invited the Mega Sportz Soccer Camp (MSSC) staff and coaches to host an Under 9 preseason
carnival to assist the newly formed U9 teams the chance to enjoy the experience of playing on a full field
prior to the season commencing.
When: Saturday 5 April 2014. Each team that registers will be allocated a three hour time slot, between
8.30 am and 5.30 pm. and will include two games. (Contact John Mansfield for preference, if available.)
Allstar Game: In addition, during the day, two players from each team will be selected, and invited to
return for the ALL STAR game, played under lights at 6:30 pm. Two teams, managed by two of our MSSC
coaches, will play in this Under 9 ALL STAR feature game.
Special Features of the Carnival: There will be live commentary, music, and even on-the-spot interviews
with players/coaches and referees! All the players throughout the will be made to feel like Superstars and
have plenty of fun as well.
The Coach: Games will be 20 minutes a half and the coach will be allowed to be on the field to assist the
players as they learn how to play on the full field.
Who: This day is hosted by the coaches and staff from Mega Sportz Soccer Camp.
Cost: The cost is only $20 per team! Payment will be payable following receipt of registration. An email
will be returned, with additional details, times and payment option.
Where: St Catherine’s Soccer Club, Centenary, has kindly offered to provide their fields for the day.

Once registered, you will be allocated a three hour time slot to
play two games. Note: As many teams from each club can
participate. All teams must be registered Under 9 players with the
QCSA and will be required to fill in a Match Card and provide
identification as per QCSA guidelines.
