Kaushik is the Founder of One team Consulting Pte Ltd., a boutique management consulting and
corporate training company that focusses on Value Selling and enabling Digital Transformation.
He has over 25 years of Technology Sales, Business Strategy Development, Business Transformation and
Process Re-engineering experience across clients in both private and pubic sectors across multiple
geographies. He has lived in India, USA, Australia and Singapore, and has worked extensively in North
America, Middle East and all countries in Asia Pacific.
Kaushik brings in a rare combination of strong industry experience and academic rigor across the
domains of Sales, IT and Supply Chain. He is a certified Sales Performance Training Facilitator with MHI
Global, an Adjunct Professor of Operations Management at SMU and NTU, and an ASQ certified Lean Six
Sigma Black Belt practitioner.
Before starting his boutique consulting and training initiative, Kaushik was at SAP as the Vice President
of Presales and Industry Value Engineering Group for SAP, South East Asia. In this role he led Business
Value selling, Market Planning, Account Planning and Business Development initiatives,across all
product areas and industry verticals. He was also a member of the APJ Management Development
Board at SAP.
Prior to SAP, he was with Oracle, where he operated in multiple roles; as the ASEAN Insight Leader (a
Technology Strategy Consulting group), Global Presales team lead for APAC and APAC Product
Management leader for all Enterprise Applications Products.
His other leadership experiences have been with IBM, PwC Consulting and Suzuki India, in Software
Sales, Management Consulting and Business Manager roles across acrossmultiple industries such as
Retail, Consumer Electronics, Consumer Products, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing and FSI
Kaushik has been a top performer in all his previous corporate roles. He received the prestigious
‘Citibank Best Thesis Award’ for his PhD thesis at IIM Bangalore, and obtained second rank in his
undergrad major in Production Engineering at NIT Trichy. Both colleges considered to be top
management and engineering school respectively, in India.
Kaushik is passionate about consulting, training and mentoring. He has a PhD in Operations
Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is also associated with a few leading
management schools in South Asia as Visiting / Adjunct Faculty where he takes Analytics, Supply chain
and IT courses for Graduate and Undergraduate students.
