ANNEX B TO LAA CLUB REGULATIONS LAA CLUB ANNUAL RETURN & CLUB CHARTER 1. General LAA Rules & Regulations require LAA Member Clubs to produce an annual return each year, to be submitted to LAA HQ no later than 1 February each year. The LAA Club Annual Return comprises two documents: The Club Annual Report. This document provides the LAA HQ Team with information relating to the club itself – club officials, contact details, and reports on club activities. The Club Charter & Annual Declaration. This document is an annual ‘handshake’ and is the club’s commitment to the LAA and acknowledging that it will adhere to the LAA’s rules & regulations. The Charter is also signed by the LAA pledging its support to the club. 2. Requirement The LAA Club Annual Return is mandatory, and a club’s failure to submit such a return may result in the club’s suspension as an LAA Member Club, and may also have its recognition as an LAA Member Club revoked, and with it, the benefits and support of the LAA, including insurance coverage.
