Essence of Mega Oil & Gas Project
• Geographically spread across large multiple areas
interconnected with infrastructure(redundant/diverse)
• Projects Cost

Multi EPCs in multiple continents round the clock work.

Multiple Schedules to be integrated between EPCs,
suppliers, manufacturers, Third part inspections.

Telecom Systems Integrator
Telecom System Integrator (TSI) Concept

One TSI Contractor for all EPCs handling the diverse & geographically
spread Telecom systems, or One Special Entity within Company or
Consortium which has a group of specialists managing multiple
Telecom Sys suppliers common to all EPCs .

TSI – Sub Contractor to each EPC for the detailed design, testing,
installation & commissioning

Central EPC – Central equipments installed in the Main Telecom
Room also responsible for the Integrated SAT of the entire Telecom
system
