Honeywell Systems Project Registration Program Details

Honeywell Systems Project Registration program offers pricing discounts to any Dealer who finds, specifies and
is the first to register a project with Honeywell Systems that includes $20,000 or more of Honeywell video and/or
access control products purchased from a distributor. This program rewards Dealers who generate demand for
new Honeywell business. Honeywell Dealers who meet the criteria of the program may register their opportunity
with Honeywell using the Project Registration form. www.HoneywellSystems.com/ProjectRegistration.
Three Steps to Get Project Pricing
1. Dealer finds an opportunity to specify a project worth $20,000 or more in Honeywell video and/or
access control products purchased from a distributor. Prior to registration a Dealer must find an
opportunity, engage decision maker(s), quantify budget and define requirements. Dealer should quote
Honeywell video and access control product wherever feasible at end user-customer location.
2. Dealer completes and submits a Project Registration application
(www.HoneywellSystems.com/ProjectRegistration). Prior to registering a project, Dealer must
show proof of specifying Honeywell video and/or access control product at end user location. Proof
will be determined at Honeywell’s discretion. (Examples: Copy of proposal, system diagrams and
CAD drawings)
3. Honeywell Systems Project Registration administrator verifies that all information is completed. If
dealer meets criteria, Program administrator will provide approval. Honeywell will provide pricing
discount to dealer within 24-48 hours of completed project registration.
Program Objectives



Reward the Dealer with a pricing incentive on Honeywell video and access control products by
qualifying the project, engage decision maker(s), quantify budget, define requirements, and
completing a system design.
Engage more Dealers to quote and install Honeywell product in their projects.
Support Dealers to compete on projects through a registration process.
Program Requirements







Only ONE Dealer can be registered for a project at any one time.
Proof of specifying Honeywell video and/or access control for the project must be provided.
Honeywell video and access control products sales must be greater than $20,000. If the registered
project order falls below the minimum requirements, the discount will not be valid.
Commitment from Dealer to purchase and install Honeywell video and access control product
wherever possible at end user-customer location.
The project must not have been previously registered by another Dealer.
The Project should be registered prior to being quoted and must include a specific end user site or
location in registration.
Each project requires separate registrations. The Honeywell Systems Project Registration program
does not allow the dealer to register a Customer Account.
Project Registration Special Pricing [We will remove this section when we post to web site]
To reward the dealer for creating incremental demand for Honeywell video and access product, Honeywell
Systems will provide the following special pricing discount to the dealer based upon the actual amount of access
or video product purchased for the specific end-user opportunity which was registered.

An additional 1.5% discount shall be provided on the entire project if project includes at least 25% of
Honeywell access control products AND at least 25% of Honeywell video product determined, by Dealer
pricing. [Example: $20,000 total job; $5,000 in Honeywell access control and $15,000 in Honeywell
Video will result in a discount to dealer of 4.5% of the total cost or $900.]
Honeywell reserves the right to increase or lower discount depending on specific project requirements and
competitive situation of the project.
Loyalty Dealer Additional Discount for Lost Project
In the event that a loyalty dealer (First Alert Professional authorized dealer or authorized dealer for commercial
security systems) submits a project for project registration, but another Honeywell dealer wins the job with
Honeywell product, a credit will be issued to the loyalty dealer’s ADI account.

It is the responsibility of the dealer to apply for the credit within (90) days of the award
Project Registration Program Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to Dealers participating in the Honeywell Systems Project Registration
Program.










This program is available to dealers in North America only.
Dealer must be in good standing with Honeywell and the distributor.
Discounts apply to only Honeywell Video and/or Access products purchased through distribution.
A $20,000.00 minimum order value (Dealer’s price at normal discount level).
Dealer must submit all registration information required using the Honeywell Systems Project
Registration form.
When registering a project, Dealer agrees that all customer interaction and presales have actually been
performed by Dealer and the customer is a valid end-user.
Dealer agrees to purchase and install as much Honeywell video and access control product wherever
possible at end user-customer location.
Dealer agrees that Honeywell may contact the end customer specified in the application for
information pertaining to the registered project.
Dealers that have not followed program policies will not be eligible to register future opportunities.
Honeywell reserves the right to remove a Dealer from the Honeywell systems Project Registration
Program at any time for any cause.
Once project is approved by Honeywell, it will be valid for a maximum of 6 months from the date of
approval. If the registration expires and the Dealer has transacted no business, the Dealer has one
opportunity to re-register the same account/project. Honeywell has the right to approve or deny the reregistration.


If scope of project changes by 20% or more, (i.e. additional products are added to the project or
project, or products are removed from project), Honeywell reserves the right to determine if discount
pricing is still available.
Honeywell retains the right to cancel this program at any time. All projects registered prior to
cancellation will be honored.
