Prerequisites All courses from the field of botanical and zoological systematics and physiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Molecular biology Historical overwiev of evolutionary ideas. Importance of Charles Darwin for development of evolution. Modern evolutionary synthesis. Punctuated equilibrium theory. Richard Dawkins. Evidences of evolution: paleontological, comparativeanatomical, phisiological, biogeographical, genetical, molecular-biologyical. Reconstruction of history of life on Earth; origin of Earth and life on Earth. Chemical evolution. Origin of first macromolecular systems, origin of first cells. Aerobic and autotrophic organisms. Endosymbiontic theory about origin of eucariotic cells. Development of multicellular organisms. The evolutionary tree and revision of the systematics of prokaryotes. Basics of molecular taxonomy. Evolution of the genome. Principle forces of evolution: variability, natural selection. Speciation, evolution over the lever of the species. Evolution of the man. 1.
