The electronic submission of the photograph of your new copy of The Walking Dead used for this
redemption is for convenience and allows the package of the game to remain unchanged. If you
prefer not to take a photograph (or do not have access to a camera) then you may send us, in a
postage paid envelope, this Claim Redemption Form (completed – with all requested information), a
copy of your original receipt for the new retail pc version of The Walking Dead and the UPC code
(barcode) cut from the back of the package of the game to the following address:
