Investors in the Republic of Austria may submit redemption and conversion applications for shares of the Subfunds which may be marketed in the Republic of Austria to the Austrian Paying and Information Agent.
All payments to investors in the Republic of Austria (redemption proceeds, any disbursements or other
payments) may be remitted via the Austrian Paying Agent.
The sales prospectus, the Key Investor Information (KII), the Articles of Incorporation of the Company as well
as the annual and semi-annual reports are available free of charge and in hardcopy at the Austrian Paying and
Information Agent during normal business hours.
Likewise, the issue, redemption and conversion prices of the shares of the Sub-funds as well as any notices to
the investors in the Republic of Austria are also available free of charge and in hardcopy at the Austrian Paying
and Information Agent during normal business hours.
