13th Temporary Green
The whole playing surface has been removed, redressed and seeded to
create a better quality green when required. The mound of soil will be
removed and put in the hollow in front of the 17th back tee. This may
allow for the size of this tee to be increased.
In the winter months it is planned to create some mounds on both sides
of the 12th fairway beyond the bunkers. Also the paved area next to the
shoe cleaner will be widened.
The greens have recovered quickly from the hollow tining carried out in
August and are back to normal. General maintenance from now on will
include fertilising and minor weed control as necessary.
New broken tee caddies are now in situ on all tees.
