The following are important contest points and Arizona updates. All contest rules may not be listed.

Interactive Application and Game Design
Teams must produce an original, high-quality prototype or sample of an interactive
multimedia application or video game during the school year immediately preceding
the contest deadline. Their production should include concept art and/or storyboards,
the sample or prototype itself, an executive overview of the project, and a printed
résumé for each team member. Résumés should include the industry experience
gained from developing the contest submission, time invested, and the professional
and academic relevance to the contestant’s career ambitions.

April 18; PCC South Hall Meeting Room; Contest begins at 8 AM
Contest requires SkillsUSA Official Dress or business attire
(T-Shirts and Jeans are NOT acceptable and may be penalized)
Contestants may not wear any attire that shows school name
Resume must be submitted online by posted deadline.
Hard copy of resume onsite is also required.

Completed concept artwork and/or storyboard used to describe and develop their
submission. Not to exceed three (3) ledger B, 11” x 17” sheets.
A working sample or prototype of an interactive application or video game,
including all source files and any necessary software and hardware. f different
from the target playback platform, teams should also bring one workstation
capable of reading, displaying, and compiling their interactive application or game
from the source files.
A power strip with surge protection.
A typewritten summary describing the team’s submission, including their concept,
purpose, target-audience demographics, market potential, and performance
metrics on the playback platform. Summary should not exceed one (1) page with
single-spaced text and 12-point font.
A printed, one-page résumé for each team member.
Proof of licensing for all commercial software programs used in the development
of the team’s submission.
A signed affidavit from the team members, countersigned by their instructor or
SkillsUSA advisor, stating that the team submission is original work created solely
by the team members during the current school year.
