教学内容提要
The derivatives of triembryonic germ disc
(Ⅰ) the triembryonic germ disc is divided into paraxial mesoderm,
intermediate mesoderm and lateral mesoderm.
(Ⅱ) the formation of neural tube
The neural plate is formed by notochord inducing. Neural groove
and neural folds appear. The neural groove deepen and close to form
neural tube.
Ⅳ. Somit period
(Ⅰ) the development of embryonic body early
(Ⅱ) the derivatives of the triembryonic germ disc

Ⅴ. Completion of embryo

Ⅱ. placenta
(Ⅰ) the structure of placenta
The placenta consist of two parts:
1. fetal portion: amnion and villious chorionic membrane.
2. maternal portion: decidua basalis

Placental barrier:
It consist of trophoblast, its basal lamina, connective tissue between
trophoblast and the fetal blood vessels, the basal lamina surrounding the
capillary and endothelial lining of the capillary itself.
The structure is different in early and later period of embryo.
