Move Helps Shulman Rogers Reinforce its Role as a Connector

After serving clients for more than 37 years in Rockville, MD, law
firm Shulman, Rogers, Gandal, Pordy & Ecker has moved to the
other side of I-270 to Potomac, MD.
On July 20, 2009, Shulman Rogers took up permanent residence in
Foulger-Pratt’s new Park Potomac development at 12505 Park
Potomac Avenue. Park Potomac, highly visible from I-270 at
Montrose Road, is a new mixed-use community that will include
570,000-square feet of office space, 450 luxury condominiums, 150
town homes, 145,000-square feet of retail space and a 156-room
Kimpton hotel. The community features a variety of amenities
including convenience retail, restaurants and mature trees interlaced
with pedestrian promenades.
