Awarded to Patterson Dental per NMSA 13-1-108 as the lowest responsible bidder meeting the required specifications. Henry Schein Dental's offer was deemed non-responsive for not complying with bid instructions.
* The dental chair equipment that D-TECHED L.L.C. offered did not meet the required hydraulic cylinder rating of 3,000 psi, bi-directional hydraulic pump, 550 lb lifting capacity and 2 amp duplex electrical outlet specifications
and therefore does not meet the equal performance requirements and cannot be considered for award.
