Relevant Experience 25 years of law enforcement experience 21 year career as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Criminal justice administration and project management Mr. James A. McGee has twenty‐five combined years of law enforcement experience, twenty‐one years as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Mr. McGee’s experience includes ten years in criminal justice administration and project management as an FBI Supervisor. He has sixteen years of experience addressing international security issues, counterterrorism investigations, crisis management, critical infrastructure protection/risk assessments, and homeland security initiatives. As Senior Consultant with ARMADA, Mr. McGee conducts Security Threat & Vulnerability Assessments (STVA). Most recently, he served as a Subject Matter Expert on the Capital University STVA including conducting a Capabilities Assessment and developing a final report including an Implementation Plan. Mr. McGee is currently employed as a Security Consultant with The University of Southern Mississippi National Center for Spectator Sport Safety and Security and as an Adjunct Professor with the Tulane University Department of Homeland Security Studies. He also frequently serves as an instructor for the United States Department of State Anti‐Terrorism Assistance Program. Mr. McGee is designated as an expert witness in security issues regarding critical infrastructure protection, specifically venues of mass gatherings of people and provides corporate security consultation for ESPN.
