Danger In Space!
Black Holes are very interesting and dangerous. They also intrigue people.
Maybe you’ve heard about black holes and wondered what its like to get sucked in a black
hole. You can’t survive and you will die. Imagine that Earth got sucked in a black hole. Trust
me, you will die because inside a black hole the is super hot/high. I hope we never get sucked
in a black hole.
What is a Black Hole?
Black holes are a matter in space and are
very dangerous. If you come across a
black hole you will get sucked in and
instantly die. Black holes are very
massive and strong. They are also the
only matter that can suck in light and
travel in light years. Most black holes are
very far from here. That is why it is very
hard to study them.
Stars Form
and has really strong gravity. It attracts
pieces from space and forms a star.
Throughout the stars life, the black gas
turns to fuel the stars burn through their
lives. Like all fuel, it runs out. When that
happens, the star dies. if it is a very big
star, and it explodes, the explosion is
called a supernova. 14 people I know
think that if you look straight at a
supernova, it could blind you even if it
was miles away from Earth. Careful what
you look at because even the smallest star
gets hundreds of times brighter then
usual and could blind you.
Some people think that when black holes
are born, they start out as black holes.
Well, they are wrong. Black holes start out
as stars. Well, here is how a star forms.
A Black Hole is Born
First, a big black cloud of gas forms in
space. Then the cloud collapses on itself
After a supernova, known knows how a
black hole appears. There are many
predictions but none have evidence.
When scientists see a star that is
exploding, they look away so they don’t
get blind, but when they look back, the
star is gone and in its place there is a
black hole. That is why nobody knows
what happens after a supernova.
Black Holes are Massive
After a black hole is born, it is very
massive. It can suck in anything.
Including light. You might of thought that
our sun is the most massive thing alive,
well you are wrong. Black holes are
billions of times more massive.
