Introduction
This paper introduces the format of your paper to FIM 2013. Please use this template
if you are Word users. We recommend Times New Roman 10 point fonts except the title and some headers.

For preparing your manuscript, please have the following steps.
1. At first, examine fim_paper.pdf file in the web page.
2. Copy a file fim_paper.doc in the web page.
3. Prepare your manuscript (more than 4 pages and maximally 10 pages) by editing this fim_paper.doc.
