Group Leader, Study of the Impairment of Factory Pollution upon Surrounding
Crops, Renmin University of China, Yunnan, China
Analyzed atmospheric pollutants emitted by the chosen factory and their
impairment upon surrounding crops based on the products, production process
and pollutant release points. Conducted field research upon surrounding crops
with environmental monitoring & sampling methods, interviewed villagers, and
collected data from local environmental protection agency and village committee.
Recorded and analyzed hands-on data to identify the damage and its influence
upon local villagers. Provided recommendations on relative location of monitors,
