INDICATIONS
Supplementation with SINERGA is indicated in children and adults, in susceptible individuals or in the course of
Respiratory Infections (RI) and Recurrent Respiratory Infections (RRI), characterized by immunological virginity,
functional immaturity of the whole body's defense system,
system depressant action carried out by the viral infections
on the immune system, partial deficiency of IgA (immunoglobulin A) and IgG (immunoglobulin G),
), damage
caused by the viruses to the airway epithelial cells predisposing the bacterial adhesion
adhesion.
RI and RRI are characterized by the following clinical signs: fever and redness of all the mucous membranes of
the respiratory tract, rhinitis,, sinusitis, pharyngotonsillitis, otitis, laryngitis, tracheobronchitis, obstructive
ructive
bronchitis and asthmatiform bronchitis, bronchial pneumonia.
COMPOSITION (substances with a physiological effect)
effect
Palmitoylethanolamide
Active lactic typed yeasts Kluyver B0399 (Kluyveromyces F.M. B0399)
Colostrum
Phenylethylamine
HOW TO USE
Pediatric age (3-12 years old)
1 liquid-dispersible sachet a day
Adults (age > 12 years old)
2 liquid-dispersible sachets a day
The assumption of the contents of the liquid-dispersible
liquid
sachets must be made preferably on an empty
stomach, at least 15 minutes before meals, preferably in the morning or evening (for once daily dosing it is
preferable to take the contents of the sachet in the morning).Supplementation with SINERGA in susceptible
individuals or in the course of Respiratory Infections
I
(RI) and Recurrent Respiratory Infections (RR
RRI), is
recommended for 10 consecutive days per month, to be repeated for at least 4 consecutive months
months.
Supplementation with SINERGA is also indicated in conjunction with a possible antibiotic treatment.
METHOD OF ASSUMPTION
Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass (preferably plastic), add the thickness of two inches of water
water, mix
thoroughly and swallow.
PACKS
Box of 20 liquid-dispersible sachets of 3 g.
WARNINGS
To be used under medical supervision. Store product in a cool (T <25 ° C), dry place and protected from light
light.
The expiry date refers to the product closed and properly stored. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years
old. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. SINERGA is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet
diet. It is
advisable not to use the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
MAIN ACTIVITIES of the physiological effect substances present in SINERGA
Kluyveromyces F.M. B0399
is an homofermenting lactic YEAST (by fermentation only L-lactic acid is produced) with a strong bioregulator
activity of the intestinal flora and modulator of the immune system with production of IgA and IgG
IgG.
The main features of Kluyveromyces FM B0399 are:
Action of modulation of the immune system with production of IgA and IgG
Production of high quantities of acid L-lactic
L
without the production of other substances potentially
harmful to the body,, typical of heterofermenting lactobacilli (ex. CO2, ethyl alcohol, acetaldehyde
ehyde,
acetic acid etc.)
It overcomes undamaged the gastric barrier due to the presence of chitin in the cell wall and has a
strong vitality even at pH 3-3,5
It has the highest capacity for colonization of the intestine compared to the most common used
probiotics (increase CFU/g 103→106 with 1-20 millions daily dosage)
Highly resistant to most common ANTIBIOTICS used in RI and RRI
Innate resistance to bacteriophages
Palmitoylethanolamide
or PEA is a natural endogenous compound belonging to the class of fatty acid amides, which is involved in
some physiological mechanisms of protection that the body triggers in response to various types of tissue
damage, such as the activation of inflammatory tissue reactivity and of the nociceptive airways. Its physiological
activity has been recently defined as "Autacoids
utacoids Local Injury Antagonism" (Levi Montalcini et al., 1996),, that is
its involvement in the protection systems of the body,
body not only inflammatory in nature.
Palmitoylethanolamide supplementation exerts an
a antagonist physiological action of a local nature against
inflammation, modulating the reactivity of mast cells, often over-expressed
over
during RI and RRI,, which is expressed
through the release of macromolecules with high potential pro inflammatory, halogen and itching (eg. cytokines,
vasoactive amines, proteolytic enzymes,, bradykinin, histamine).
In susceptible individuals
ndividuals or in the course of Respiratory Infections and Recurrent Respiratory Infections,
Palmitoylethanolamide
almitoylethanolamide supplementation is useful to counter physiologically the deficit of its endogenous production
that may occur.
Colostrum
is the milk produced by cows during the 48 hours after delivery, which contains numerous immune and growth
factors, and other minor components.
Colostrum supplementation helps
lps bringing to the body all the immune and growth factors that may result in
amounts less than optimal in the cases of RI and RRI, i.e;
Immune factors: Immunoglobulins (IgA - IgG - IgM - IgD - IgE), proline-rich
rich Polypeptides (PRP), lactoferrin,
cytokines, enzymes, glycoproteins, tryptic
ryptic inhibitors,
inhibitor
lysozyme, lymphokines, oligo-polysaccharides
polysaccharides and
glycoconjugates
Growth factors:: epidermal growth factor (EGF),
(EGF fibroblast growth factor (FGF), insulin-like
like growth factors I and II
II,
transformed growth factors (TGF A & B)
Phenylethylamine
is a monoamine alkaloid bio-synthesized
synthesized by enzymatic decarboxylation of phenylalanine aminoacid.
Its supplementation contributes directly to increasing physiologically the amount of freely circulating dopamine
dopamine,
enhancing, in this way, the dopaminergic transmission.
transmission This ability to modulate dopaminergic transmission
results in improved concentration both of the mood and appetite regulation, that is in improving the general
physical conditions, often compromised during RI and RRI.
