Sahin Albayrak is the chair of the professorship on Agent Technologies in Business Applications
and Telecommunication (AOT). He is the head of the DAI-Labor, currently emloying about 70
researchers and support staff. The title of his postdoctoral lecture qualification in 2002 was "Open
Platforms for the Development of Distributed Systems and Online Services", he got is PhD in
1992 in writing "Co-operative Solution of the Task Order Enforcement in Production by a MultiAgent System based on the Blackboard Model". He is member of The Institute of Electrical and
Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), Gesellschaft für
Informatik (German Computer Science Society, GI), and American Association for Artificial
Intelligence (AAAI).
Title of the presentation: “Advanced Software Framework for Development and Deployment of 3G
/ Beyond 3G Services and Applications.”
