Lower Yenisei Observation Network
Discussion session in a focus group will be organized by
Dr. Dominique Drullion (Toulouse, France), an invited
expert in scientific focus group animation. The major
topics to be addressed in our discussion are:
1. Building an integrated international observation
network: best practices.
1. Strengths and weaknesses of the Arctic research
station.
3. Lower Yenisei region and “enter your research
interest here”: opportunities and threats.
19.30pm, the boat will make a 30-minute stop at Turukhansk, a rural
locality at the confluence of the Yenisei and the Nizhnaya Tunguska
Rivers, founded in 1607.
