We need motivation to do any work, even if is as small as getting cleaning your room
to getting up early in the morning, size of our success depends completely how big we
think and how well we are mentally prepared or motivated, once we are mentally
prepared completely outside success or any big goal become very easy or looks natural
and you won’t feel that you working hard or missing any small happiness.
Nobody is lazy or careless; when you are perfectly motivated and train your mind
you can achieve wonders. How to get into ACTION? Just imagine the following
situations; your favourite movie star is coming to your home at 5am. Would you just
sleep and ignore your favourite star or getting early enough to get ready? What will be
your mind set just one week before your favourite sports team playing in the final, whole
day and night you will be talking or thinking about that event, Imagine a wedding at
your home one week from now, your mind will be completely occupied with these
events only, you will be thinking, talking working and also imagining what would
happen on that final match day, on a wedding day, meeting you favourite star. Now to
succeed you just need to do the same for your goal. Keep your mind occupied with that
goal most of the time, think, read, write, imagine and feel (how you feel when the goal is
completed) about that goal and have some good pictures associated with your goal, if
your goal is to reduce weight, keep a picture of most fit actor or sports start as your
mobile and laptop screensaver, every time you see that picture, you will remind your
mind that you want to reduce weight, you can also keep reminder message once your
phone or email once or twice (or more times) a day as “I’m reducing weight, I am feeling
light and I am enjoying this process”. Just before you sleep, when you are half awake give
positive suggestions and imagine about the goal, when you do this your mind will keep
thinking about it till you wake up and your mind will give you hints or take you to
places or you will meet the people, get the information that was most necessary for your
goal. With this technique you can achieve any big goal, come out any big financial
condition or health issues, Personal problems, all you need to continuous motivation,
immediate action, continuous effort, No matter how many times you fail, DO NOT
GIVE UP. Remember Thomas Edison failed 10000 times before inventing the electric
bulb. So, we can achieve any big goal if we try 10000 times.
Let’s begin with the meditation. As you know if we are mentally healthy and strong, it
is very easy to achieve or maintain physical health. Our subconscious mind is the most
powerful tool in the world; you can achieve all the miracles if you start using your
subconscious mind, Meditation/self-hypnosis are the effective techniques to give
positive suggestions to subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind can make miracles
like solve any health issues, financial problems, personal problems etc... if you give only
positive suggestions to your subconscious mind. It can also work opposite and destroy
anyone who gives only negative suggestions to their subconscious mind. So, always
remember never ever think negative about yourself and do not accept any negative
remarks on you by others.
Using Subconscious mind we can reduce weight by controlling food craving,
motivating us eat healthy, stay active physically and keep us motivated always.

Sit in meditation position or lay down on bed. Close your eyes
Take deep breath in, fill your lungs as much as you can (slowly)
Hold the breath for (3-4 sec’s or more if possible)
Open your mouth slightly and breath out through your mouth
Repeat this for 3-5 times.
Keep your eyes closed and tell positive suggestions to yourself( this is a
wonderful technique to achieve anything) for now you can tell yourself,

 I am conscious of what I am eating,
 I clearly know why I need to reduce weight,

 I will not stop till I reduce all excess weight and I will maintain I deal

This is probably very simplest way to reduce weight, works for everyone.it will work
wonders for your weight loss and you feel lot healthier, you can heal most of your health
issues with this method. since you enjoy eating and chew well, your body can easily
absorb all the goodness in your food and when the body get all the nutrition’s, our body

Chew your food approximately 30 to 35 times after you have taken a bite. Or chew
food till it becomes semi liquid state, and then swallow it. Do not watch TV or read
while eating and avoid all distractions during eating. Do not eat when you are angry,
upset disturbed if so, please take 3-5 deep breaths to calm your mind to eat
When you chew more all the nutrients in the food are released easily, and digestion
also improves .When you chew more, you become more conscious of what you are

Do not drink water while having food (you can sip little water but do not drink lot of
water during food).
Drink water 30minutes before food and Drink water 20-30 minutes after food

1. Eat only when you are hungry- eat only when you are hungry, do not eat
when you are slightly hungry and do not wait till you become too hungry because
in this state body will go to starvation state and body will store all the food you
eat.
2. Eat whatever you want- even though this method teaches you to eat
whatever you want and still you can reduce weight. Yes, that is true you can enjoy
all your favourite food at any time and still reduce weight. But recommend do
not jump immediately to lot of unhealthy foods, have a balanced food till you
reduce all excess weight.
3. Stop when you feel full- eat slowly and enjoy the food, stop when you feel
full, do not over eat. Since you are chewing food more you will enjoy the taste
better than before, this naturally makes you eat less. Do not eat more food
forcefully. Stop when you feel enough

Wait till you are perfectly hungry, don’t eat before or when you feel just little hungry

Get yourself busy with something, do not eat anything.
It is difficult to follow in the beginning, but within 2-3 weeks you get use to it and
you start getting the benefits.

every home. Below given two recipes are very easy to prepare and all the ingredients are
available at every home, not only these are easy to make, these very powerful to reduce
weight and it helps to improve health. Try these are method and it is very easy and quick

A) GREEN MAGICAL JUICE
Recipe






25gm coriander leaves
1/2inch ginger
Garlic.1 PC
Curry leaves 10-15
Lemon juice 10drops( 1Spoon)
200-250ml water
Method: Grind the ingredients, filter and drink it every morning and empty stomach,
you can expect very quick results, good health. Practice this method for a month.

B) LEMON DETOX WATER FOR QUICK WEIGHT LOSS
Recipe





2 litters of water
1 lemon(sliced)
1 medium cucumber(sliced)
2 tablespoons of grated ginger
10 mint leaves
Method: Mix all the above ingredients and allow them to settle for 4 hours, filter the
water and you can drink this water throughout the day. All the above ingredients are
very powerful to quickly initiate the weight loss process.
WATER
Water plays very important role in weight loss program, it is very important to drink lot
of water (more than 4 litters, can go for 6-8litters per). Drinking more water is will
detox your body and helps in releasing of excess accumulation of water in the body. So,
drink plenty of water.
REDUCE THE INTAKE OF CARBOHYDRATES:
Reduce carbohydrates till you reduce all excess weight, as long as you are consuming
more Carbohydrates our body will not use the stored fat.
1. Increase Water Intake (the water therapy)
Water is a very important factor in any weight reduction program. Consumption of
water cleanses the toxins from the body in the form of urine. Drink about 4 to 5 liters
of water every day.
Different bodies have different requirements of water. A simple way to track how
many litres of water your body needs in a day is to divide your weight by 20. The result
you will get from this equation will give you the litres of water you must consume every
day. For example: If you weigh 70 kilos, then dividing it by 20 gives 3.5 as result. So
you must drink a minimum of 3.5 litres of water every single day. This is an essential
step for weight loss.
2. Hot Water with Lemon and Honey:
Hot water with lemon and honey is a great trick for losing weight. To make:
Mix a spoon of lime juice and half a spoon of honey to hot or lukewarm water.
Drink this every morning on an empty stomach to aid your weight loss in 10 days.
3. Reduce the Intake of Carbohydrates:
Rice contains a lot of calories and carbohydrates in it. Reducing the intake of rice can
reduce weight to a great extent. A lot of people in India (South Indians) start their day
with a dosa or an idly. These dishes are primarily made from rice. Some people also have
this for their dinner. If you want to lose weight, it is essential to reduce these
carbohydrates intake ta a great extent.
4. Increase Protein Intake:
Protein is a muscle builder that can effectively reduce the fat in our body. It can also
convert the loose fat into muscles. Increase the intake of protein and replace
carbohydrates food with protein food.
5. Increase Fiber Intake:
Having food with soluble fibers is a great way to reduce weight. Consuming foods
that contain soluble fibers will shed the weight by reducing the bad cholesterol in your
body. Soluble fibers dissolve in water and form a gel like substance inside the body
which slows down digestion. Food with soluble fibers keeps your stomach full for a
longer time and this prevents overeating. It keeps weight under control, the slow
stomach emptying helps to check blood sugar levels and this has a positive impact on
insulin sensitivity. Soluble fibers control diabetes effectively. Soluble fibers are kind to
your heart, it reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and strokes by preventing the
absorption of LDL (low density lipoprotein) cholesterol. This is bad cholesterol that
blocks the blood vessels and result in heart attacks. Soluble fibers don’t interfere with
the absorption of dietary cholesterol that is good for health. After all not all cholesterol
cause harm!
Incorporate oatmeal, lentils, apples, oranges, pears, oat bran, strawberries, nuts,
flaxseeds, beans, dried peas, blueberries, psyllium, cucumbers, celery and carrots. You can
make several delicious dishes with this combination, so that you don’t have to
compromise on taste while losing weight.
6. Avoid the Problem of Constipation:
Constipation can delay weight reduction process a lot. This is because the toxic and
waste components are not flushed out from your body. Make sure you keep your system
clean and toxin-free.
Drink lots of water and juices. Also have food rich in fiber like apples, oats and green
vegetables. You can have banana or ripe papaya; it is rich in vitamins and is a natural
laxative. You can have medicines, but sticking to organic fiber rich foods is the best idea.
7. Avoid Junk Food:
Want to lose weight? Avoid junk food completely! Junk foods like pizza, burgers,
sausages, etc. do not contain any nutritive value. All they offer is fat and added weight.
Junk food is the most common factor for putting on weight. Steer clear of these items.
Processed food and fast food are delicious no doubt, it is good to have it once in a
while but don’t make it a weekly habit. Junk food can trigger stomach and liver disease
due to contamination. Stomach problems will reduce weight, but is that a healthy way to
lose weight. Losing weight should be a planned effort, it is best to follow a scientific
approach for balanced weight loss.
8. Consume Calorie-less Food:
The trick to losing weight is to consume calorie-less food to reduce weight. Add boiled
food to your diet and avoid foods that are sweet, rich in fats or fried.
9. Get Rid of Food Craving:
Food craving is very common and an uncontrollable factor among obese people.
Never consume snacks or food when you have food craving sensation. Instead, drink
plenty of water to avoid it.
Binge eating is quite common. We don’t realize what strong signals from the brain
provoke us to have food full of empty calories. You have to analyze what is driving you
towards these unhealthy foods that are your favorite. Once you know the reason behind
binge eating then only you can stop it. For instance, you are depressed and you want to
divert your mind so you order for a pizza with extra cheese which will make you feel
good. Here is where we make mistakes, instead of ordering the pizza you could have
talked to friend and expressed your anxiety; this would have helped to cheer you up
better than a pizza!
Do you know why you binge eat? Or why you ordered that pizza? When you have
your favorite pizza or candy, your brain releases dopamine and endorphins that lifts your
mood instantly. You want to eat more sugary and fatty foods, this leads to unnecessary
increase in weight. It is like a vicious cycle, that you have to break it with your
willpower. You have to motivate yourself to ditch the junk food and switch over to
healthy options. Healthy foods are also delicious; all you have to be is an innovative
cook!
10. Prefer Sprouts to Snacks:
Boiled sprouts are rich in nutrients and have fewer calories. They can be consumed
twice a day for brunch or in the evening time 2 hours before dinner. They provide you
better nutrients than any other snack. Plus they aid your weight loss.
11. Not More than 3 Meals a Day:
Never consume more than 3 proper meals a day. And most importantly, only the meal
for your lunch can be heavy; whereas your breakfast and dinner should always be light.
This is one of the most important tip on how to lose weight
12. Proper Exercise:
Working out is very important to lose weight and the simple equation to stay fit
is: Proper diet + work out = FIT.
You need not necessarily hit a gym to work out. You can start it at home with simple
exercises like sit ups or skipping for about 10 -15 minutes a day. You can also go for
morning or evening walks and jogging.
13. Consume Fruits with High Water Content and Less Calories:
Fruits and vegetables like water melon, cucumber, and papaya have very less calories.
They can be consumed for brunch or in the evening as salads as they make you full.
These fruits are best suited for weight loss as they have more water and lesser calories.
14. Avoid Carbonized Drinks:
Any carbonized drinks or beverage must be avoided during a weight loss program.
Instead of these carbonized drinks, try and have lime juice or tender coconut water.
15. Avoid Red Meat:
Red meat is highly dangerous as it not only leads to obesity but also diseases like
cancer. So avoid it at all costs during your weight loss program and otherwise also.
16. Avoid the Three White Poisons – Rice, Sugar and Salt:
Rice, sugar and salt MUST be avoided in your diet to the extent possible. You cannot
totally avoid these but you sure can control their consumption quantity.
The Methods of techniques I have mentioned are tried and tested by many, you must
try at least 2 months to see the visible changes and feel healthier than before. I wish you
