The Business plan
We want to develop info-structure and tourism in our countries. Also we want to learn about
other cultures. Self-reward is important too, we will have new knowledge of how business is working and
how to deal with it. We want to practice other languages as well. The main thing why we want do it is to
found solutions for problems and make world better. To be a big boss.
We are already involved in student companies! Mathias is a fifth-year secondary school student in
electro-mechanics. He is doing often fitness and is interested in cars. He has a mini-enterprise that
produces wooden boxes to store cables on the desk. It looks also nice in the interior of the room. Mathias
wants to study as an electro-mechanic engineer.
He also assists his parents because they run a business in market gardening.
Jegor is a second grade high-school student. He has got a mini-enterprise with home decorations:
color glass decorated lamps and wind lights. He is interested in playing ice-hockey and also he is playing
debates. He also assists his parents in teaching in their hands-craft school. They also run a shop and a
web-shop as well. He is responsible for the web-shop. Jegor wants to follow marketing and management
courses.
Julija is a third grade high-school student. She works at cinema. She has 2 companies in one she
is director and other is the result of subject in school. In the company where she is director they print
poetry of poet Srečko Kosovel on clothes and bags. In another company they sell nature things: soaps,
thing made by wood and etc. In the summer she is working in the company in Sežana. Julija doesn`t
decided what she`ll do in the future.
Anna is a second grade high-school student. She likes to take photos and read books She has 1
company at school, in which one she is director. The company is called ‘’SlipperCloud’’ and it`s
developing slippers. She has worked in the supermarket at summer in Kuldiga and has experience in
volunteer work at Kuldiga Social department. Anna wants to study medicine in future.
Products and services
We are going to sell a product and a service. We will sell stickers and bracelets which will be
connected with our app on the phone. Our problem is forgetting things so wedecided that we will develop
an app on the phone which will work by Bluetooth. It will be connected with our product - bracelets and
stickers. BRACELETS and STICKERS (product) – sticker will be stick on forgettable thing (keys, wallet,
passport…). Bracelets will have to be on your hand which will be vibrating or beeping when you will go
far from your forgettable thing and sticker on it. The sticker will have the cheap and GPS tracker APP
(services) – it will be an app which will be connected with your sticker and bracelet. On the app you can
set up from which distance the bracelet will beeping or vibrating. When you will download the app on
your smart phone you can see where your thing with sticker is located on the map.
The market
Our customers are individuals. Typical customers of our products are people with memory
problems, old people, busy people and people who travels a lot. Our customers are based all around the
world, but mostly in Europe. Our product is simple to use and it`s modern, you can use it without internet
connection. The customers would choose our product, because there are not many product to solve this
problem. Our company haven’t sold this product yet.
