Dear Sir/Madam,
We would like to invite you to participate in our national audit ‘Value for
Orthodontics’. The objective of this project is to increase the awareness about the
cost of providing orthodontic care amongst the various grades of orthodontic
professionals in the country.
If you are happy to participate, we would be grateful if you could kindly complete the
following questionnaire, which is mainly composed of a few clinical photos of
orthodontic items. Please have a go at guessing the price of each of the 9 items and
forward your answers to Ms Ann Wright ([email protected]), who on behalf of
BOS has kindly agreed to offer her assistance with this project. We are aware that
costs vary depending on the supplier and type used but we would appreciate it If
you do not refer to your invoices should you know the exact cost. If not, please
include your best guess on how much you think the items cost. All the answers will
be completely anonymous upon receipt of the reply and before analysis of the
results. Once we have collected this information we aim to present and publish the
final results.
