Groove. Two: direction of needle
insertion in plane with line from
contralateral premolar teeth to
posterior boarder of the ramus.
Mucolabial fold 2-3mm distal to
the last tooth requiring
anesthesia (lateral and superior
to retromolar pad).
Mucolabial fold at the apex of
the canine or 1st premolar
