ABOUT THE COVER
VEGF and placental growth factor promote angiogenesis in developing
tumors. A novel fusion protein sFLT01 neutralized VEGF and PlGF, and
inhibited tumor growth and blood vessel development in preclinical
tumor models. Using immunofluorescence, it was found that sFLT01
localized to vascular areas in human A673 Ewing’s sarcoma tumors.
