When we visited Maui, we were fortunate to visit and tour Ocean Vodka. In addition to being impressed with the
delicious product, family, marketing and mission, we were thrilled the product was as good as we heard it was.
Since then, we’ve been getting many of their recipes and these holiday recipes were perfect for the upcoming

season.

1½ oz Ocean Vodka
½ oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
6 Raspberries
20 Red Currants
½ oz Simple Syrup
Macerate raspberries and red currants in Chambord Raspberry Liqueur.
Place berry mixture into a shaker and add simple syrup, bruise ingredients in a
shaker.
Add Ocean Vodka and ice, shake vigorously.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with red currants.

OCEAN CHOCOLATE MARTINI
1½ oz Ocean Vodka
½ oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
½ oz Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake well and pour into a chilled, chocolate-rimmed martini glass.
CARAMEL SPLASH

1½ oz Ocean Vodka
Vodka
1 oz Godiva Caramel Liqueur
½ oz Simple Syrup
Drizzle caramel down the inside of a chilled martini glass.
Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake well and pour into a chilled martini glass.

Marketing. She has co-authored three books and from 2002 to 2006, she hosted a cable television
show on Time-Warner. Maralyn is the past president of The International Food Wine & Travel Writers
Association (12-2008 to 12-2012) and continues her work as a board member and co-chair of its
