Ex: Write the equation in slope-int. form and identify the slope
and y-int.
Slope-Intercept Form
(y = mx + b)
1)
y = 5 - 2x
2) y = x - 2
3
3) y = 13
4) 2.2x - 4.4y = 0
5) 3x + 4y = 8

We can use Slope-Int. form to graph!
Steps for graphing:
1. Put equation in slope-int form.
2. Identify the slope (m) and y-intercept (b).
3. Plot the y-int.
4. Starting at the y-intercept, count the slope.
Ex: Graph -2x + y = 5
Now, graph y = 2x - 1.
